Admission Procedure
Admission in Diploma - Regular Entry (3 Years)
Admission through Counselling:
Candidate must appear in the Diploma Entrance Exam conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) and must have seat allotment letter for admission in Gola Polytechnic.
Admission will be taken as per the guidelines of JCECEB.
Direct admission through Management Quota:
Must have passed 10th/matriculation from any recognized board with minimum 55% marks
Open to candidates from any state of India

Admit Card, Mark Sheet & Provisional Certificate of 10th/Matriculation
School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / Transfer Certificate (TC)
Character Certificate from the last attended institute
Migration Certificate
Anti-Ragging Affidavit (Student & Parents)
Medical Fitness Certificate
Education Gap Declaration (if applicable)
Photocopies of All Documents
Six Passport-size recent Photographs

All students can apply for Government Scholarships (as per eligibility).
Admission in Diploma - Lateral Entry (2 Years)
Students will be admitted in 3rd Semester (2nd Year).
Student must have passed:
ITI
12th/Intermediate with PCM
+2 Vocational Course
Admission through Counselling:
Candidate must appear in the Diploma Entrance Exam conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) and must have seat allotment letter for admission in Gola Polytechnic.
