The Jharkhand e-Kalyan Scholarship

This Post Matric scholarship scheme is implemented by Jharkhand State Government to support the education of Jharkhand domicile candidates specifically for permanent and local residents belonging to the ST, SC, and OBC poor categories. To get benefitted by this scholarship scheme, a candidate must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified by the Government of Jharkhand. Students are advised to consider the following points before online applying scholarship 2024-2025 of Jharkhand E-Kalyan.
  • Regularly visit the official website of e-kalyan Jharkhand (https://ekalyan.cgg.gov.in) and read carefully all the advertisements regarding post matric scholarship 2024-2025 given in the official website.
  • For income certificate, family income should not exceed 2.50 lakh per annum and the certificate should not be issued before 01.08.2024 from CO/SDO/DC.
  • Scanned copy of original Cast certificate issued online from CO/BDO/SDO/DC should be uploaded in online form fill-up.
  • Scanned copy of original Residential certificate issued from CO/BDO/SDO/DC should be uploaded in online form fill-up.
  • Scanned copy of original Bonafide certificate (issued from the institute) with fee structure of current academic year should be uploaded in online form fill-up.
  • Scanned copy of original marksheet of previous semester (if applicable).
  • Marks of previous year/semester marks should not be below 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST.
  • Amount of scholarship will be deposited through Aadhar enable DBT, hence it is advised to all students that Bank account should be seeded with Aadhar number.
  • All uploaded documents should be in required format with good quality and appearance.
  • All documents should be scanned with high quality.

Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship Scheme for Minority Communities

The Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship Scheme aims to provide financial assistance to poor and meritorious students from minority communities to help them pursue professional and technical courses. The minority communities identified under Section 2 (c) of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992, include Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, and Zoroastrians (Parsis). To be eligible for this scholarship, students must have secured at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in their previous final examination, and the annual income of their parents/guardians from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakh.
