Bridging Industry & Academia
The T&P Cell conducts various activities aiming to bridge the gap between industrial expectations and student’s competency. The objective of such activities is to equip students with the necessary confidence and technical skills, helping them excel in their fields. These activities include pre-placement training, industrial training, and training on emerging areas.
Pre-Placement Training
Pre-placement training boosts the confidence of graduating students who might lack experience in handling interviews and placement processes. The training prepares students to crack aptitude tests, personal interviews, and become confident performers. It covers communication skills, soft skills, body language, and fundamental concepts, helping students realize their strengths and focus on areas where they can excel.

Industrial Visits & Internships
Apart from in-house training, T&P Cell organizes industrial visits and internship activities to gain knowledge of concurrent technologies and to get acquainted with industrial work environment, corporate culture, decorum, workplace ethics, and even dressing sense.
